The air resistance from the rotating flywheel adjusts automatically with your stroke intensity (pull harder = more resistance, naturally), the PM5 performance monitor tracks distance, time, splits, watts, calories, and heart rate (with optional ANT+ or Bluetooth heart rate strap), and the rower separates into 2 pieces for storage. Concept2 build quality is legendary — many Model D rowers from the 1990s are still in service.
